Book Review - Hello, Halloween
This is an entertaining Halloween read with some fun characters. It is witty, well edited and includes a few illustrations.
I loved this bit:
“The zombie picked its nose. The werewolf chased its tail. The witch cleaned her rotten teeth.”
I also enjoyed learning a little more about the characters and discovering who they were as the story progressed.
Hello, Halloween is a short story that took about an hour to read, so although this is a fun read for all ages, I do think it would be good for older children and young teenagers who aren’t quite ready to read a full length book yet. I enjoyed this book, but I think it would especially appeal to young boys.
